AHEAD Africa will build its evidence base and support advocacy efforts by producing long and short publications. These will cover observation methodologies, electoral processes, disputes, reforms, quality, and citizen observer rights and violations, always emphasising the importance of free and fair elections for democracy.
In line with the AHEAD approach, the implementation of Election Observation Mission (EOM) recommendations across African countries will be analysed, highlighting similarities, disparities, and process quality.
