The East and Horn of Africa Election Observers Network (E-HORN) is a regional network of citizen election observer groups in the East and Horn of Africa. The E-HORN network’s founding members were drawn from 5 countries in the East and Horn of Africa region.

ELOG is a long-term, permanent and national forum comprising of Civil Society Organisations and Faith-Based Organisations with the mandate of strengthening democracy in Kenya and the African Region by providing a sustainable platform for monitoring and observation of electoral processes.
ELOG was established in 2010 to provide a non-partisan independent permanent platform through which citizens can observe elections.
