Pour que ce document soit plus qu'un simple manifeste d'intention, il doit \u00eatre traduit en actes par les pays qui l'ont ratifi\u00e9 (39 sur 55). Mais comment savoir lesquels de ces pays construisent v\u00e9ritablement la d\u00e9mocratie ?  <span class=\"highlight-text active\"><strong>Le rapport d\u2019\u00c9tat<\/strong><\/span> est la cl\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer si l'appartenance \u00e0 l'ACDEG est un v\u00e9ritable engagement ou une simple fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-462264542891c8614cd8d36066c382c4\">Andrew Songa, conseiller r\u00e9gional d'EPD pour l'engagement aupr\u00e8s de l'Union africaine, explique comment les rapports d'\u00c9tat rendent les pays responsables, renforcent les pratiques d\u00e9mocratiques et mettent en \u00e9vidence les lacunes dans l'application de l'ACDEG dans cet article co\u00e9crit. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahry.up.ac.za\/songa-a-tessema-mm\">article<\/a>.
