Yet the context in which they operate is becoming increasingly complex. Shrinking civic space, political polarisation, funding pressures, and rapidly evolving technologies are redefining both elections and the way they are observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e9c0f92bfc3572265e1bed4c8ebb9350\">In response, the <a href=\"https:\/\/ahead.africa\/en\/partners\/electoral-support-network-of-southern-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Electoral Support Network of Southern Africa (ESN-SA)<\/a>, as part of the AHEAD Africa project, is convening the <strong>third edition of the South Africa Election Academy <\/strong>from 13\u201314 April in Johannesburg.
